Amelia Island is a great place to take a vacation, and every once in awhile I get a call to do a private training session from a non resident. Bill Waterstradt is from North Carolina and from the help of my Garmin Powertap Meter and Pegasustrainer I can give him all the details of his workout in just a couple links. At 60 years old, you need to consistantly perform cardio sessions that are challenging and strength/power exercises that train movement patterns. Here is a link to the Cardio Portion of his workout.
