Tennis Professionals like, Amer Delic, Robert Kendrick, and Maria Sharapova, to University Tennis Teams like number 8 Pepperdine, and number 2, Virginia.

From many different angles, online personal training software can be extremely beneficial to both the client, and the trainer. It allows for the trainer to stay in contact with clients that might be traveling or may have moved. And it allows the trainer to provide a service to people that may not be able to afford private training sessions. Lastly, there are people who, because of their busy schedules, just simply like the ability to go in and out of the gym whenever they desire and not be nailed down to a time commitment.lance-armstrong_jpg1

Lance Armstrong has been quoted as saying, “What I like about doing this (Pro Cycling), is that we have made a template that we can reproduce, year after year, and win the world’s biggest bike race, Le Tour de France.” Having won 7 Tours in a row, I believe he has a set of pretty good templates to work with!

Templates are sets of proven exercises that can be made for the individual client, or universally for all of your clients. By using the last targets and results from each of those exercises, the workout can be completed with all the sets and reps the trainer has targeted.

If I have 5 minutes before a client comes to my training center, I can quickly print out a workout from one of my templates and that I have previously made. From here I can follow the exercises and fill out the results with the fantastic printout sheet the program made for me. Believe me when I tell you it has saved me countless of times when I have not had a plan for my clients training.

I train many different types of people; the elderly, junior athletes, collegiate athletes, and people with disabilities. It is important for me to be able to gauge their progress, and track their results. As the old, wise man said, “Knowledge is Power.” This is especially important with people that need to know the exact resistance to follow due to the low margin of error associated with that particular individuals strength. I like the analogy to the visit to the Doctor. He always has all the data on you that is important and relevant.

For the coach or personal trainer that has teams or groups of clients that are need of a workout, online training software like Pegasus, can help them make personalized workouts in just seconds, for each and every one of them.

If you are a trainer or a client that have not yet experienced an online training experience, you should give it a shot. Technology can help training like it did for medicine.
