Welcome to my new site.  Although the domain is still the same, you will see an entirely new look that I hope you will like.  As you can see, I will be starting a new blog that is aimed at giving away free personal training advice, fitness suggestions, stories, news, and other miscellaneous activities from my personal training clients. This week I am busy training quite a few clients at Amelia National and I would like to give a shout out to John Woodard, a Pisani Training client who is in Mexico competing in an ITF Junior event and new junior, Kirby Mendes.
Thanks for all the hard training my clients have been putting in these days.  They make my job very enjoyable.
