Hydrogen and Oxygen is all it is, yet, it compromises about 65% of your body’s composition. Yes, that is over HALF of your body weight! So remember this, you need to be drinking at least half of your body’s weight in water each day. Some days you may have to drink more; especially if you are training or are feeling a little ill.

When I wake up, I do my best to head straight to the water fountain. My body carries quite a bit of muscle mass and it metabolizes a lot over night. In order for our bodies metabolism to function properly, it needs to have an ample amount of water lubricating its cells and cell walls. If the water level goes down too far, you can create an acidic base in your blood. This in turns can cause fatigue, and lead to muscle soreness, puffy eyes, and many other negative consequences.

Just remember this, and keep your Law of Water simple, “Drink half of your body weight in ounces EVERY day! “ Start pounding it as soon as you wake up in the morning, you will immediately feel much better!

Water is one of the most important things that you can do for your self. It’s free, tastes great, and has no calories. Do Pauly P and yourself a favor, stay away from juices (unless freshly squeezed), flavored drinks, and sodas! Just drink the good stuff Champ!

Yes, water is very essential and can make a huge difference in your health! I’d stay away from the water fountain though unless you want a good dose of chlorine and fluoride. That bottle of Dasani isn’t much better!
