Treadmill Sprints with Neps

Unlike running on the road, field, or sand, treadmills are perfectly flat and have a soft surface. This is great for people that may have a poor gait, or a weight issue. (Side note here, I have heard of cases where runner’s have said that treadmills have the ability to injure your shins, so be careful when running on it.)
Here is Robby Ginepri , at home in Marrieta, GA, performing a light treadmill workout. Before we hit the tennis courts, I wanted him to train at about 70 percent intensity. This way we could work on strength, power, and endurance. We did 12, 20 second intervals, with a 20 second rest in between each one. This was just enough to get a good sweat going before we did our Power work.
When he showed up to the court, he was ready to go, both physically and mentally.
