Sooners Begin Training

I got a phone call from long time friend and colleague, John Roddick about a month ago. He and I have been friendly for the past few years because of our connections on the ATP Tour. He was interested in the work that I have done with previous college teams and was looking to spice up his program immediately.

After a couple weeks of talking on the phone, and shifting things around, John and Assistant Coach Silviu Tanasoiu, hired me to help train their team. I will be flying out to Norman, OK in a couple of weeks to meet with them and do some on site consulting. There is no doubt this program will run smoothly because of the A+ help I getting with Sylvia. In order for the program to work, the Assistant coach is integral in this process.

So far the program, with the help of PegasusTrainer.com, has been going very well. We are in the Endurance phase of our program and after developing a solid base with this young team, will enter in Strength and Power Development.

I am looking really forward to help my friend John grow his program.
