Rotational Core Power with The Big Bozz

This right here is one of my favorite exercises of all time! When I first got my 12 pound dyna ball, I slept with it for a week straight. Of course my wife wasn’t nearly excited as I was when it arrived, but I was and this is one of the main reasons why.

A concrete wall and a medicine ball can really help create power and strength, as well as get your metabolism going. Check your heart rate after you do a set of these. Remember to slam the ball on the wall from both sides of your body. This is so good for sports like tennis, baseball, and golf. 20061006-clubber_lang3

I like to do the power work before I do the strength training with my clients. This way their body is warmed up and ready to go.

It feels great to slam the heck out of these balls….As Rocky said to Mr T. “Go for it!”
