Post Thanksgiving Day Workout

With many of us taking in thousands of calories yesterday, I thought it would be cool to offer a fun workout that will boost your metabolism , burn off some of those calories, and get you ready for rounds two , three, and four over the weekend.
To access your workout, simply go to www.pegasustrainer.com and enter in “gobble” for both user name and password. Once you have entered the site, scroll down to “My Workouts”, and you will see today’s date, Nov 26th. Click on the date and up will come your workout!
You will have to adjust the weights according to your current fitness level.
Use this workout as a “blue print” and tailor it to your needs. It covers all the body parts with an introductory warm up.
