Partner Hamstring Stretch

The key points here are:
1. Make sure to keep the leg straight and communicate with your client. Ask them how the tension is and if you are going to far or not enough.
2. Keep pressure on the toe. Pull it down and this will get the hamstring even more. Your client will feel it in their calve as well.
Try doing 2 sets of 20 secs per leg, or even one long stretch of 30 secs. You can do this by yourself by using a towel and go ahead and do this one 1 to 2 times per day.
