Motorpacing with The Big Bozz

Fresh off a 10 day vacation, the kid they call the Big Bozz, showed up to Amelia Island for a 12 day training camp that will be geared to getting the big guy back in shape and winning again.
One mode of training that I like to incorporate once in awhile is motorpacing. Motor pacing is an old cycling technique that cyclists use to get in phenomenally fast and fit shape.
The plan with Amer this week is not only to hit a lot of balls, but to get his whole body balanced, stronger and more powerful. In order to be quick, the big guy has to be light.
When riding behind the car, the wind is blocked, thus making it easier to go faster for the rider.
We only road for about 30 mins and this provided us with a great leg and lung burn. MORE TO COME!
