Medicine Ball Overhead Slams

I love medicine ball work because it develops power in specific areas that are important to each and every one of us. Basic movement patterns like pulling, pushing, and squatting, can all be enhanced with med ball work.
I use power work with all of my clients because of high caloric burning attributes. Find a ball that you can manage and try this one out. I think you’ll feel what I am talking about here. By getting the weighted ball moving quickly and repetitively, your heart rate will increase and your body will start warming up.
I am not so sure I like the word “med ball” though…have to admit, it is kind of boring. Any suggestions?
