Med Ball Chest Pass - Huge for Pushing Power!

This exercise is one of my favorite power maneuvers for developing pushing power. It’s simple and very effective.
As you can see, I have Ash on her knees so that we are really isolating the upper body pushing movement and not using any lower body. I have other exercises for that.
Try using a 6 or 8 pound med ball to start off. Think about playing basketball and zipping the ball to the guy underneath the basketball rim.
