Lateral Step Up with Dr. Mark Frisk

The lateral step up will increase your strength in your quads, hips, and hamstrings. By holding the dumbbell in the opposite hand of the working leg, you engage your core across your body, while working on one legged balance.

Here is top 10 in the nation, Dr. Mark Frisk of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL demonstrating this exercise. Mark has worked real hard in the gym and his results show it. A 6th place finish in The National Clay Court Championships, followed by a 5th place in The National Hard Court Championships has Mark in great position to make the Senior Worlds Team.
