Kettlebell - Multi-Purpose, Multi-Strength Targets Hit

Last week I got a chance to spend some time training with Kendo off the court and here is one of the exercises that we did.

As you know, I love the kettlebell, and it can really help with tennis fitness, and golf fitness. Although Kendo’s form is not perfect here, it will improve with time.

This exercise works on developing core power and core strength. If you do it a lot, it can also aid in building endurance. Key points to remember:

1. Keep lower back straight
2. Bend and lower your torso at the hips
3. Feel this in your abs, hips and glutes
4. Check your heart rate when you are done with a set

Be careful when doing these and always consult with a physician.
