Kendricks Run Ends to Tsonga

WHITE SHADOW After going through qualifying and two rounds in the main draw without dropping a set, Kendo would go out of the tourny without winning one, dropping to Tsonga in two close sets, 7-5, 6-4. A break in each set is all that Tsonga needed to take out the Qualifier from Orlando, Fl.
Kendo will now start practicing on the dirt in preparation for next weeks tour event in Houston, TX.
I plan on giving White Shadow a good 36 hours of rest until his next training session. He still has a ways to go in his fitness level, and we have really just scratched the surface.
After grinding in Miami for the past week, the body and mind is going to have to heal before training again.
Active rest is important so an easy ride on the bike, a few pilates maneuvers, or some walking for 30 mins is a good way to speed up the recovery.
Studies have showed that exercising lightly, as opposed to taking the day completely off, helps in body recuperation.
