When we started training in August, 2008, Erik was a 15 handicap. Since then, our training has consisted of 2 to 4 training sessions per week, that last approximately one hour in duration. Equipment used has been a mixture of Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls, Resistance Bands, and Free Weights.

We have used the Recumbent Bike to increase the strength and power in his lower extremities
We have stayed away from all machines, and have focused on the movement patterns of Squatting, Pushing, Pulling and Rotational Core Movements. To improve the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, a mixture of jogging, walking, and recumbent cycling have been implemented into the program.

Havnt had time to get back to you, Ive been rehabing everyday. I resigned 2 months ago to concentrate on my efforts. I’ve started playing more golf the walking does me good. I see you have a 5 handicap, good deal. We will have to play soon. Was really happy to hear you have kids, Ive worried a long time about ya. Well write if you can james
