Training with RG - Swiss Ball Pushup and Ab Roll

Before the USOpen, Robby and I had a couple weeks to get ready for the last slam of the year. He had appendix surgery earlier in the Spring and lost a lot of weight and muscle mass.

I had to pick out exercises that were designed to keep him loose and flexible, as well as, strong and powerful.

This exercise does just that. Robby is a stud and can crank out 10 to 15 of these puppies no problem. So, I like to super set it with a dumbbell bench press or a medicine ball chest pass.
