Garage Training Series - Part 1
Posted March 29, 2009 – 12:33 pm in: CyclingOk, just a quick post here today. I just got a call from my client who I trained here to go and check out the road near my house. Apparently, he kind of lost his cookies, and left them in the middle of street. Muahuhauahahuahuahuhauahu! Can’t wait to see this! (Keep in mind that C-Rod has been training for quite some time, is 20 years old, and is an experienced athlete that wants to get very fit).
You will see the first part of our workout: The Spin Bike Interval Session. This is the first interval that we did to get his body warmed up and to work on raising his anaerobic threshold level.
I have to be in the gym shortly, so I just wanted to share this with y’all now.
