From Massimo Caruana - father of jr. tennis player
Posted January 3, 2010 – 1:46 pm in: Pegasus Internet Training Program, TestimonialsMy name is Max and I am the father of an 11 year old tennis player, Liam, who lives and trians in San Diego, California. I would like to share my story of how Paul Pisani has positively affected Liam’s tennis development in the last few weeks.
I contacted Paul a few months back when I felt that Liam’s tennis training was in need of some additional push on the fitness/strenght side. Paul suggested we could work through his online program and a local trainer he knew. Although I was initially skeptical about the online approach, I liked Paul’ tennis specific approach and I went for it. For the first few weeks Paul worked on Liam mainly through a local trainer based in San Diego, but when it came our time to head to Miami for Liam’s first Jr Orange Bowl, Paul wasted no time to get things in his own hands and drove down to meet us and spend time with Liam and me…training . Well, that turned out to be a week none of us will ever forget….
I will focus on the tennis/training side of the story because Paul was able to get Liam and myself completely aware of the role fitness and strenght can play in today’s game of tennis. His energy, his workouts and his approach, although designed for professioanl athletes, can transform the way a junior player approaches his matches, both mentally and phisically.
Liam ended up making the qurters of the Jr Orange Bowl’ back draw after qualifying through some very hard matches……and best of all, ended up winning the very next national tournnament, Copper Bowl in Tucson, Arizona, to start the new year. I truly believe Liam owes this win to the hard work put on the track and the gym and Pauly’s new strenght approach !
Thanks Paul.
Max
