Exercise of the Week with Justin Gimelstob

I have known and have worked with Justin Gimelstob for the last 10 years. It is always exciting working with the guy known as, “The Big Show”.

Justin had back surgery several years ago, so how he trains now is very important. He wants to get as fit as possible, but at the same time, needs to be careful not to hurt his lower back.

The Step up Curl to Press is an excellent exercise that helps work the core, heart, legs, glutes, and balance. Ankle stability is another benefit you receive by incorporating this exercise into your workout routine. Be careful there are no sharp objects around just in case you lose your balance and fall off your platform.
