Lower Back Issue? Try this: Superman - Alternating Opposites

In this video is the Big Bozz, aka, Amer Delic. Amer is in town for 10 days of some very hard training. Plagued by some injuries over the last year has left the big guy unable to train properly. When you have a nice 2 week break in the season, you can string together a series of comprehensive workouts that can take your fitness to another level.
This is one of the many exercises that I have been using with Amer this week to make sure his body is well balanced and functioning at full throttle. Dr. Stuart McGill, who is one of the leading back physicians in the world wrote in his book, Lower Back Disorders, that this exercise is one of the best ones for injury prevention.
