Exercise of the Week - One Legged Box Squat

Here is one of the very best exercises that you can do for your legs.

It’s not easy and you need to work your way up to this one. A series of progressive exercises can lead you up to this great training tool.

Here is one of my first internet clients, and owner of www.NaturalBias.com , Vin Miller, performing this squat.

As you can see, he can get down really low, and his form is perfect. He throws out his hand for balance and uses his core to stay positioned properly on the box.

This really works on balance, flexibility and power.

Be careful when you are doing this, and as always, check with a physician before starting any exercise program.
