Exercise of the Week - Multi Movement P.U. to AB Roll

Two exercises that I like are the Pushup and the Prone Knee Lift. If combined, this compound exercise will surely provide you with a full body, functional workout, that can be done just about anywhere.

As you will see from the video, this exercise works the entire body and you need a solid base of training before you start something like this.

Start by putting the top of your shins and feet on the ball and support yourself with your hands.

Without letting your hips sag, bring your knees up to your chest and follow it up with a Pushup. The pushup will be harder in this position because of the elevation of your legs and the range of motion that the Swiss Ball provides.

To get a lot of “bang for your buck” this exercise will pay major dividends!
