Exercise of the Week - Lateral “Spiderman” Pushup

After listening to Juan Carlos Santana in an interview, I was convinced that upper body pushing strength could great be improved by doing various forms of pushups.
Here is one of them. Notice how Mark keeps a wide base with the feet, really opening up the hips and firing the core.
