Exercise of the Week - Chest Press - Standing Cable

This exercise will work your core, chest, back and legs…so needless to say you get a lot of bang for you buck here…only problem is that you do need some special equipment for this one.
I am performing this exercise in a gym that I designed in Beverly Hills, CA at The Blueray Academy. The machine is a cable machine that allows the user the luxury of changing the height and angle of the cable handles. This allows for optimal range of motion, thus making this exercise extremely functional.
As you can see I have one foot forward here. This allows me to maintain balance as I work my shoulder blades in and out.
