Pauly P was born Paul Joseph Pisani in Upstate NY.  He is married with his lovely wife, Lindsay and they reside with their family in Northern Florida.

Paul’s celebrated workout regimen is the culmination of his years of work, training alongside premiere coaches and athletes in the world of both tennis and cycling. By the age of eighteen Paul had risen to become one of the top competitive cyclists in America. Riding with such teams as 7-Eleven and Team Lemond, Paul captured 8 Gold Medals in New York’s prestigious Empire State Games; a record that stands today. He excelled under the direction of legendary coach Lenny Preheim.

and trained with US Pro Champion Jonas Carney and Team Discovery’s George Hincapie. Over his seven year career in racing Paul won fifty three Pro One and Pro Two events.

Paul’s career as a tennis coach has taken a similar trajectory. He sharpened his skills during his playing days at Binghamton University under head coach Michael Starke (Two-time America East Conference Coach of Year) Upon graduation from school in Santa Barbara, Paul decided to pursue a career in tennis.

Combining his years of cycling experience, Paul has implemented a strategy geared toward improving both the mental and physical condition of the modern athlete. His previous and current clients include such stars as Robby Ginepri, Amer Delic, Robert Kendrick, Sam Querrey and Ashley Harkleroad just to name a couple.
